The Polaris Cosmetics Mother's Day pre bash on May 7th, 2011 was a blast!!! Hosted at the Polaris Encino studio located 4849 Genesta Ave just off Venture Blvd.There was tables full of Jewelry from designers La Shan, Inner Light Jewelry, ... and to top it off jewelry appraisal Diana Sanders, author, certified appraiser and gemologist specializing in antique and collectible jewelry was on hand to make free appraisals. And to top it off vintage lingerie from designer Juel Park. Furthermore, free consultants from Chez Galatea's regarding Botox and Juvedem and Amanda Millan with micro-art semi permanent mineral make-up services was also on hand.
The Polaris ladies were fast working on clients in their chairs, Cristina Romeo, creative director and brow queen even has the boys lining up to see her. This was another mother's day bash that I wasn't able to let my wife enjoy because of some reasons as a said before. But I will be making plans for her to get in this kind of stuff by next year and celebrate when she finishes taking up her Texas cosmetology continuing education .
